Gerald James Miller

A gentle soul has left us. Gerald James Miller, born, July 26, 1959, in Grande Prairie, Alberta, passed away on Feb. 25, 2016. Born to John and Doreen Miller of Grovedale, Gerald spent his younger years in the country before moving permanently to a Signature Support Group Home in Grande Prairie in 1992. He enjoyed food, the outdoors, his mother’s music and people watching. Survived by sister Joan (Larry) Holthe, brother Marvin (Peggy) Miller, sister Marilyn Miller (Bobby White), Aunt Ethel Badger, Uncles Donald and Earl Hawkes, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother Howard Lewis Miller, parents John and Doreen Miller, grandparents and other uncles. He was cared for and loved by family and caregivers throughout his life. His twinkly eyes and mischievous personality will be missed.
